CHATHAM CUP 2025 – KCU vs WAINUIOMATA
This Sunday, our KCU Hearts side — current holders of the KCU Club Shield — will take on Capital Premier outfit Wainuiomata in a Preliminary Round Fixture of the Chatham Cup 2025.

It’s the first time since 2023 that KCU has hosted a Chatham Cup match at Weka Park, and we’re calling on all members to fill the deck and side lines! Let’s get behind our team and create a home atmosphere to remember.

🔥 Hot food, sausage sizzle, and of course the bar will all be running — everything you need for a great afternoon of football.

⚽ Juniors – want to get involved?
We’re looking for:
U12s: Ball Boys & Ball Girls
U10s: Half-Time Match Ups
U8s: Player Escorts

If you're keen, talk to your coach or email us at juniors@kcu.co.nz

JUNIOR SEASON COMMENCEMENT
MORE COMMUNICATIONS COMING SOON

The countdown is on — the junior football season is nearly here! Our dedicated junior team is working hard behind the scenes to finalise player allocations and get teams set up for kick-off in less than two weeks.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this busy period. Like the rest of the KCU committee, the junior team are volunteers, giving up countless hours simply for the love of the game. While responses to queries may take a little longer than usual, rest assured we’re doing everything we can to get everyone on the pitch.

We’re currently very short on volunteers — so if you’re able to help in any way, please don’t be shy! Every bit of support makes a huge difference.

COACHES & MANAGERS NEEDED URGENTLY
We still don’t have enough coaches or matchday facilitators for every team. Unfortunately, that means some teams may not be able to take the field unless volunteers step forward.

If you’re a parent, caregiver, or club supporter and are willing to coach — or just give it a go — we’d love to hear from you. Full support and training is provided, and KCU will cover the cost of all coach education.

Contact us at juniors@kcu.co.nz to get involved.
