Club policies

KCU adheres to the policies set by New Zealand Football, and a number of additional policies set at club level. 

If you are aware of an instance where these policies are not followed and want to make a complaint, you can do so by emailing the club secretary.  You can also lodge a formal complaint using the Making a Complaint form below.  All complaints will be dealt with promptly and appropriately.
